The countdown has begun for, "The BIGGEST time in the smallest town!"
Less than TWO WEEKS to go!
We hope that YOU will see many successes from this event and be a returning sponsor for years to come! We have focused our marketing efforts into areas that are most beneficial to produce a quality event for our sponsors, vendors and festival attendees.
Location: Hill Country Galleria :: 12700 Hill Country Blvd., Bee Cave, 78738
***Enter off of Bee Cave Parkway at the stop light***Arrive and set up at 8:15AM. NO arrivals after 9:45am.
You will be directed by volunteers from there.

Vendor/sponsor space:
Your booth is a 10x10 space. You are responsible for fixtures, tables, signage, chairs, table coverings etc. ALL vendors/sponsorsmust stay within the space provided. **Volunteers and golf carts will be on hand to help unload. UNLOAD AND PLEASE GO PARK IN A PARKING GARAGE.
Electricity:
Electricity is available on each tree hub. You will need to bring your own extension cord and tape to secure the cord. Cords should be 50 ft. in length and no smaller than a 12 gauge.Food and Beverage:
Absolutely no samples of alcohol may be handed out or sold AND no food and beverage may be handed out or sold unless previously approved. (Does not apply to accepted food vendors)Arrival / Load-In Time:
Arrive and set up at 8:15AM. NO arrivals after 9:45am.- Unload at your space
- Park in a Garage
- Set-up
- Volunteers will be on hand to help you unload.
- All vendors/sponsors must be completely set-up by 11:00AM!
Tear down:
7PM, but not before.Weather:
We are planning on a "Chamber of Commerce Day!"
However, if we have learned anything about having an outdoor festival in the Hill Country it's that it can be windy. We REQUIRE that you be prepared with tie downs and/or weights to secure your canopy.Check out the forecast HERE.How do I help promote SpringFest?
