The countdown has begun for, "The BIGGEST time in the smallest town!"

Less than TWO WEEKS to go!

We hope that YOU will see many successes from this event and be a returning sponsor for years to come! We have focused our marketing efforts into areas that are most beneficial to produce a quality event for our sponsors, vendors and festival attendees.

You will be directed by volunteers from there.

HERE is a list of VENDOR booth spaces.

HERE is a list of SPONSOR/FOOD VENDOR Locations.

      Food Vendors highlighted in YELLOW.

HERE is a GOOGLE MAP of the locations for Sponsor and Food Vendors.

See HERE for layout of festival.

      Vendor/sponsor space:
Your booth is a 10x10 space.  You are responsible for fixtures, tables, signage, chairs, table coverings etc.  ALL vendors/sponsors must stay within the space provided.

**Volunteers and golf carts will be on hand to help unload. UNLOAD AND PLEASE GO PARK IN A PARKING GARAGE.

Electricity is available on each tree hub. You will need to bring your own extension cord and tape to secure the cord. Cords should be 50 ft. in length and no smaller than a 12 gauge.

      Food and Beverage:
Absolutely no samples of alcohol may be handed out or sold AND no food and beverage may be handed out or sold unless previously approved. (Does not apply to accepted food vendors)
